1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 22pub platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 22pub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 22pub Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law governing casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 22pub, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 22pub Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

22pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of 22pub, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested by 22pub for identity verification purposes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 22pub Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 22pub employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 22pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 22pub immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

22pub may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

22pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels, subject to availability: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be added or removed from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. 22pub reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. 22pub aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable verification requirements. 22pub is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

22pub is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") laws and regulations in the Philippines, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). 22pub reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

22pub may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except as expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 22pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• 22pub's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 22pub Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

22pub uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for applicable games and employs live physical processes for live dealer games. All games are designed to operate fairly and in accordance with their stated return-to-player ("RTP") percentages.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game, 22pub reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed. 22pub's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22pub Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to 22pub immediately; failure to do so may result in account suspension.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 22pub staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 22pub Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 22pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 22pub.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 22pub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

22pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 22pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

22pub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

22pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 22pub customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

11. Responsible Gaming

13. Amendments to These Terms

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 22pub Platform shall first be submitted to 22pub's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 22pub from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
